Two Nigerians who were arrested for engaging in a street fight, on Monday, at street 392, Sangkat Beung Keng Kong1, Khan Chamkamorn, Phnom Penh, may likely be deported from Cambodia.

the fight started when Nmegbu Joseph, 28, and Michael Daniel, 43, had an argument in a restaurant before moving to the street to exchange punches.

They were arrested by the police and later taken to Beung Kenkong police post for case preparation before being sent to the Immigration Department.

The fight between the duo has amplified into a serious controversy on a Cambodian Internet Forum.

Amongst several things said about them, Scary-looking Black Guys fighting on the street was one, a notion that not only concerns them but affect the black society’s reputation.

This label has further painted to foreigners an unseaming picture of Nigerians in other countries. Several others criticized them on the internet.
