Due to the highly competitive nature of Public Universities in Nigeria, Many students now prefer to enroll in private universities where enrollment is not so difficult and the academic calendar is fast because of the absence of strike. Also, Government-owned universities in Nigeria are not enough to admit the huge number of secondary school livers that aspire to further their education at reputable tertiary schools.
